30degrees at 5.15am so we got into a cab and did the 2 1/2 hr city tour and paid him 250 dirhams which is approx $60 and we saw the burgarab (?) sail building, walked along the beach beside it and had a photo with a lovely Arab lady, the Atlantis on the Pal Island that is simply amazing but owners have just walked out due to the economic downturn and decline in tourism. Saw lots more buildings etc -well worth the effort!
