ABERDEEN HARBOUR JUNK RIDE

We flagged down an old lady at Aberdeen harbour who had a tiny junk. We paid her to take us for a ride around the harbour then to the famous Jumbo Restaurant where we had a good look around, finally going back to the mainland for a local meal.  It was a funny boat ride where we found out that the rule on the water was there was 'no rules'. They drive at breakneck speed and only slow down when they think they might run into someone. There are old car tires attached to the front sides and back of each junk and they just run straight into the jetty when they want to stop.
