I couldn't resist another couple of photos - First one is our group out bike riding. Second one is Marg getting serious about rowing the bamboo raft on the Li River. The third is a hand built mud brick house (for my brother Garry who is doing the same but with rammed earth) where we did our cooking school.

nice to see everyone is having a good time!! i hope you lot remeber those recipes... cause i need them.. you know me my specialty is packet pasta..
