Well Lyndell you would have a field day with the lack of WP&S here in China. All buildings are scaffolded with bamboo that is tied together with what looks like strands of palm leaves and then shadecloth is tied to that. These bamboo concoctiions go up to the tops of all the buildings while there is work going on. When you see a bundle of bamboo then you know there is big works planned for that site.
